Responsibilities for Graphic Designer
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral on behalf of clients
- Involved with day to day Sales and Administration.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple client projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images and graphics to ensure they are print ready for our wide range of machines.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- You will also be required to interact with clients to obtain client artwork approval before sending to print.
Requirements for Graphic Designer
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, Corel Draw and other graphic design software
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Great Customer service skills

2. Stock Controller (x1 Position)
We are looking for a stock controller to come and join us.
Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our team at our Warehouse in Tlokweng. As a Stock Controller, you will contribute to a safe, compliant, and reliable team by ensuring that stock held within our company is organized and logged correctly. You will ensure all stock records are accurate and stock loses and errors are minimized. You will also be responsible for assigning stock (materials) for production to the respective job card at hand.
Responsibilities for Stock Controller
- Implement an Inventory management system for keeping track of all materials (Stock) in hand in our warehouse
- Maintain Stock and Asset Register
- Ensure materials and supplies are always readily available for production.
- Replenish any low materials and suppliers with various suppliers both nationally and internationally
- Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies
- Maintaining records of pricing, purchases and other relevant information
- Performing random checks and audits
- Minimize waste and reduce damages
- Liaison with the Production Manager on materials needed and used on a daily basis.
- Assist on the production floor
Requirements for Stock Controller
- Diploma or higher in supply chain management
- Experience will be an added advantage
- Drivers license required
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong verbal, written and mathematical skills
- Trustworthy and have a sense of urgency

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and cost-effective operation of the production department, whilst maintaining high output, international standard quality and a safe zero harm environment with great hygiene standards. You will ensure a fast and efficient production schedule to meet time sensitive deadlines for clients work. You will be at the forefront to drive further continuous improvements and develop the team to deliver optimum performance and output.
Responsibilities
- Assign, motivate, support and providing guidance to production staff
- Schedule production runs according to job card details to respective departments
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products
- Communicate effectively with third party service providers and stakeholders
- Check equipment and report any faults or deviations to the upper management
- Liaison with Stock Controller for sufficient supply of materials needed during production
- Reduce wastage and damages during production
